Arrival & Start Time:


I typically arrive one hour prior to the scheduled start time to allow for traffic or unforeseen delays. This hour is complimentary and not billed. Your coverage officially begins at the agreed start time, which must be at least one hour prior to the ceremony or the event.

Proposed Wedding Day Coverage:

Your timeline will help determine what’s captured, but a typical wedding day includes coverage of the following moments in this general order:

  • Ceremony & Reception Venue: Interior & exterior location shots before guests arrive

  • Wedding Details & Decor: Rings, attire, floral arrangements, ceremony & reception setups, and other meaningful details

  • Bridal & Groom Preparation: Candid and styled moments as you get ready

  • First Look: A private moment between the couple before the ceremony (optional)

  • Wedding Party Photos: Group and individual shots with the wedding party

  • Couple’s Portrait Session: Romantic portraits of the two of you

  • Ceremony Coverage: Full coverage of the processional, vows, ring exchange, and recessional

  • Reception Highlights: Including the Grand Entrance, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Toasts, Speeches, and Open Dancing & Celebration

Additional moments can be captured upon request.
