FAQs

  • A short family photography session at a predetermined location and time. Sessions are usually composed of average family sizes. If you desire to change clothes during the session your session time will not be paused. If you have a large family we encourage picking a session with more time or scheduling a regular photography session on a separate date.

  • We recommend arriving at least of 15 - 20 minutes before your session. Session times will begin at the scheduled time. Since others will be scheduled before and after your session please be mindful with your timing. We will not go into the session time of other clients.

  • We send the gallery in the same format it will be delivered. Galleries are private but can be changed to the public if desired. Images are watermarked until final picks are confirmed. Once you approve the selected images we will be able to update the gallery within 48 hours of confirmation.

  • Options for all images are listed on your proposal. If you change your mind and want to add all the images we can send an invoice within 48 hours. Once paid the gallery will be updated within 48 hours.

  • After confirming the main images for your gallery we will follow up with you to confirm the image(s). Canvas prints can take up to 10 days to be delivered to your address. Albums take about the same amount of time to be delivered once designed but usually involve more back and forth before ordering.

  • Images will be delivered via an online gallery connected to my website. A backup of all delivered images will be shared via google drive.

  • No. Mini sessions are a set of short sessions scheduled on the same day or weekend at a set location. The address for the session will be on the contract.

  • We plan to close enrollment on Friday, November 18, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. Scheduling after that time will require the full balance to be paid at the time of scheduling.

  • All mini-sessions require a non-refundable retainer of 50 % of the package price selected. The remaining balance is due the day of the session. If you miss your scheduled session your paid deposit can go towards a regular photography session to be scheduled at a later date.

  • If the weather becomes unreasonable December 3-4, 2002 is the predetermined make-up date. Please understand make up dates may not have the same time slot available.
